Homeowners must keep gates unlocked and pets secured on scheduled route days. If our technician arrives and cannot access the pool due to a locked gate or unsecured animal, we are not responsible for the missed cleaning. A service credit will not be issued for access-related skips.
Weather & Storm Policy
During severe rain, lightning, or tropical storm conditions, full cleaning visits may be compressed or skipped for technician safety. When a full visit is not possible, we prioritize chemical balancing to prevent algae spikes. We do not issue credits for weather-related service adjustments.
Water Level Management
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining correct water levels (mid-tile line) unless an auto-fill system is managed by Clear Ripples. Running the pump with low water can damage the equipment. Clear Ripples is not liable for equipment damage resulting from insufficient water levels outside of our control.
