Services
Clear Ripples Pool Service, LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides residential and commercial pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment maintenance, and related services in Winter Park, Orlando, and surrounding Central Florida communities.
Service Agreements
Regular weekly service operates on an ongoing basis and may be canceled by either party with reasonable notice. One-time and specialty services (such as green-to-clean or acid wash) are performed under a separate scope of work agreed upon before service begins.
Payment
- Invoices are issued monthly for recurring service and upon completion for one-time services.
- Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Unpaid balances past 30 days may result in service suspension.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and accessible access to your pool and equipment on scheduled service days. We are not responsible for missed service visits due to locked gates, animals, or other access restrictions. A service fee may apply to return visits.
Chemical Treatments
We follow industry-standard CPO protocols for all chemical applications. Swim-safe times vary based on chemicals applied and will be communicated after each service. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from pool use before recommended wait times.
Equipment
We will report equipment issues observed during service. We are not liable for pre-existing equipment conditions or damage resulting from deferred maintenance beyond our scope of service.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
